Luxury Hampers and Gifts prides itself on providing its customers with quality and satisfaction. We ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect their integrity in transit. However, if you are not completely happy with your hamper, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to arrange return. The full value of the hamper less a small administration charge will be refunded on receipt of undamaged, in date, unspoiled, perishable, missing goods excluding delivery.
Luxury Hampers and Gifts to ensure full satisfaction provide a 14 day cooling off period from the date of delivery. This means that we will refund the total cost of the product less a small administration charge on receipt of undamaged, in date, unspoiled goods, to you, if you choose to cancel your order for any reason, provided you notify us of your cancellation in writing to email@example.com within 14 days of delivery. By return, we will confirm the returns delivery address. The goods remain unused and component parts are unopened.
You or the recipient retain and take reasonable care of the goods and package the goods to be returned securely in the original packaging. You are responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost, and including a printout of your invoice or your order number. Refunds will be issued upon safe receipt of the item. Refunds will be made via the original payment method. In the event we have sent you an incorrect item or if the contents have been damaged in transit or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please notify us immediately and we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item(s) to us within 14 days of taking delivery. We will not charge you for the incorrect item though we must have the incorrect item returned before investigating and our only obligation will be to make good any shortage or non- delivery, or to supply and deliver substitute products if your original choice cannot be delivered for any reason, or to replace any products that are damaged or defective or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question. Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them.
We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
The couriers are responsible for Goods in Transit but if for any reason the couriers misplace a parcel, Luxury Hampers and Gifts will offer you a complete replacement. In the unlikely event that the delivery is delayed, due to no fault of our own, Luxury Hampers and Gifts cannot accept responsibility. If goods are returned to us via the courier following unsuccessful attempts at delivery and where any delivery instructions have been met, no refund will be made. In these circumstances the customer may request the goods to be resent. This would incur an additional delivery charge and would not cover any spoilt perishable goods, on this occasion we would not make any administration charge.
